Q. What is your return policy?
A. Yoga, Tribe and Culture will exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit only. We do not refund overnight shipping charges. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
Q. How do I reach Customer Service?
A. Our Customer Service Hours are 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our products. Our policy is to answer your questions within 24 hours or the next business day. Please email us at: info@yogatribeandculture.com
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Not right now, but we will later on.
Q. What shipping service do you use?
A. We use UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise) and USPS Priority Mail.
Q. With standard shipping procedures, how long will it take for my package to ship?
A. UPS Ground takes 5-6 business days within the US.
Q. Can I pay for specialty shipping?
A. Yes you can choose faster shipping methods, such as UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Second Day Air.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes we can ship internationally via USPS.
Q. How can I find the status of my order?

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales Tax is added only for customers in CA. The rate is 8%.

Q. Are all your products made from organic cotton?
A. No. We at Yoga, Tribe and Culture strive to bring you high quality, consciously sourced clothing. All of our products are made with fair-trade cotton. Our women's tank tops and men's t-shirts are made with organic cotton. Due to limited availability, we are unable to create our entire line using organics. We are always looking for ways to improve and our aim is to move toward using organic cotton in all of our product lines.
