Q. What is your return policy?
A. Yoga, Tribe and Culture will exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit only. We do not refund overnight shipping charges. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
Q. How do I reach Customer Service?
A. Our Customer Service Hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm Pacific Time. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our products. Our policy is to answer your questions within 24 hours or the next business day. Please email us at info@yogatribeandculture.com
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Not right now, but we will later on.
Q. What shipping service do you use?
A. We use Fedex Ground unless requested otherwise.
Q. With standard shipping procedures, how long will it take for my package to ship?
A. Fedex Ground takes 5-6 business days within the US
Q. Can I pay for specialty shipping?
A. Yes you can choose faster shipping methods, such as Fedex Express Saver and Fedex Standard Overnight.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes we can ship internationally via USPS.

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for customers in California. The rate is 8.25%

Q. Are all your products made from ecologically conscious materials?
A. Yes they are. We use only 100% organic Pima cotton, which is one of the highest grades of organic cotton available with a hint of Lycra for added durability and form fitting qualities. We also use bamboo and organic cotton blends. We use the lowest impact processing methods currently available.
