Yoga, Tribe and Culture’s Wholesale Terms and Conditions:
$1000 opening order minimum.
$300 fill-in order minimum.
We process payment upon shipping and accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (Please note we will pre-authorize your order amount on your credit card prior to shipping. This may show up on your credit card statement as a pending charge. ONLY the order amount plus shipping and handling charges will be captured upon shipping. Any other authorized amounts will drop off in 5 days.)
Payment terms may be negotiated depending on order history and volume.
All orders will be shipped from Downtown Los Angeles using Fedex Ground.
Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please notify us for any special shipping requests.
We endeavor to ship complete wherever possible. Some items may be out of stock due to demand. Backorders of 4 or less items will be cancelled unless communicated 30 days in advance that these items are to be added to a following order within the same season.
Please inspect goods carefully upon receipt. Any damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days to email@example.com for credit or exchange. An RA number will be allocated. No returns will be accepted without an RA.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
